Media Partnership Terms & Conditions

 As a registered Media (“Media Partner”) of TokenExpo / FinTech on the Block (the “Event”) you agree to these terms and conditions (collectively, this “Agreement”) with LLC “Baza US” (hereafter the “Company”).

These Agreement applies to the participation of the Media Partner at FinTech on the Block (FTOB) conference that the Company organizes in San Francisco, California (USA) on November 27 – 28, 2018.

1. Terms

1.1. The Parties agreed to provide services, exchange information, participate in joint projects and other types of joint activities.

1.2. Parties can provide each other with any other kind of organizational assistance on mutually agreed terms.

2. Responsibility of the Parties

2.1. Responsibility and services of the Company:

  • Media Partner logo featured on the website of the Event and any other marketing materials

  • Live URL and around 50 word description featured  on the Media Partner’s page of the Event website

  • Verbal on-stage recognition during the Event

  • Access to all networking cocktails and dinners

  • Access to all sections of the Event

  • Other items deemed appropriate

2. Responsibility and services of the Media Partner:

  • Listing of the event in the Media Partner’s e-Newsletter, if applicable

  • Featuring TokenExpo / FinTech on the Block’s logo the Media Partner’s website

  • Live hyperlink on the Media Partner’s website

  • If applicable – interview with selected Speaker and / or Sponsor

  • Authorized representative of the Media Partner to attend the Event

  • Other items deemed appropriate

3. Termination of the Agreement

The Parties understand and agree that this Agreement can be terminated by either the Company or the Media Partner at any time for any reason in written with one month prior notice.

4. Confidential Information

During cooperation the Company may disclose to the Media Partner certain trade secrets and confidential information. The Media Partner agrees not to use the Trade Secrets, the Confidential Information and/or the Proprietary Data for the benefit of any person, corporation or entity, other than the Company during the term of the Agreement with the Company or any time thereafter.

5. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the English law; the parties agree that the courts of the State of California, USA, and the Russian Federation shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement.
